"Bees are sweet, furry creatures that pollinate all our fruit and vegetable plants AND make delicious honey. They are very friendly unless you try to squash them. I could spend hours watching them being busy in the garden - which is how this song came about. I had spent the day watching them in the garden, and then when Nick H and I improvised in a livestream that evening, this song came out. We refined it, wrote some more lyrics and played it on a subsequent livestream with Nick Calligeros some months later." Emily-Rose
